My name is Tim Barton. My wife and I, together with our two children live in Coquitlam, British Columbia. We moved here from the UK in 2008 and have called the Pacific North West home ever since.
I developed an interest in photography from an early age, and enjoy the mix of art and technical proficiency needed to create a successful photograph. I am also passionate about the importance of telling good stories and recognize the power of a photograph to do just that.
Although I am mainly self taught, I have also taken a photography class at Emily Carr University and a cinematography class at Vancouver Film School.
